Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout “Worth The Wear”

  • Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

  • 12.5%:

  • A blend of Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in Blanton’s Barrels and Imperial Stout aged for 19 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels.

We will release an allocated amount of bottles for sale on our ONLINE store around noon, for pick up Sunday when we open at 12pm. Remaining inventory reserved for IN PERSON sales at the brewery when we open at 12pm Sunday, October 2nd.

  • 12.5%:

  • A blend of Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in Blanton’s Barrels and Imperial Stout aged for 19 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels.

Exclusive Anniversary Beer - Draft ONLY

Every anniversary we release an exclusive beer; the 3rd Anniversary offering is titled “Drei.”

  • Drei – Millponds 3rd Anniversary Beer:

    • We took the Swath base of 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels, blended with 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Rye Barrels.

    • Then we conditioned it on Cognac staves adding another layer of complexity.

    • This 3rd anniversary beer was influenced by 3 different barrels.

  • Worth The Wear

    • A blend of Imperial Stout aged for 12 months in Blanton’s Barrels and Imperial Stout aged for 19 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels.

  • Richard (Original release date - 4/14/22)

    • Millpond’s first barrel-aged beer release.

    • Richard (2022) was aged for 12 months in Willett bourbon barrels.

    • Named after Bryan’s father-in-law who was instrumental in helping to shape Millpond into the brewery you enjoy today.

  • Slowly In The Dark (Original release date - 5/25/22)

    • Aged for 14 months in Willett bourbon barrels and then conditioned on coconut flakes.

  • Swath

    • Our first barrel-aged Wheatwine.

    • A blend of 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Bourbon Barrels and 50% Wheatwine aged for 18 months in Willett Rye Barrels.
