Old Millstadt – Light Lager 4.5%
Old Millstadt was initially brewed for Millpond’s first Maifest celebration. Brewed with rice and pilsner malt, this light lager is crisp, clean, and crushable. Featuring a replica label from the pre-prohibition Millstadt Brewery Co.
Old Millstadt 🍎 Apple 🍎 – Light Lager 4.5%
Old Millstadt Light Lager conditioned on organic dried apples.
Pink Guava Club – Lager w/ Pink Guava Purée 4.6%
Estanque – Mexican-Style Lager 4.6%
In Spanish the term ‘estanque’ applies to man-made ponds. This crushable warm weather lager is brewed with a solid base of pilsner malt, then we added corn, plus Munich and Vienna malts to create an easy-drinker, without losing its malt character. #1 rated Mexican-Style Lager in Illinois!
Milkpond – Munich-Style Helles Lager 4.8%
Collaboration with our good buddies at Little Lager in St. Louis! #1 rated Helles in Illinois!
Few draft rules: no “samples”, there is no sharing a sip with friends (they're not your friends if they make you drink this alone anyway), and if you don’t drink the entire pint…you must pay double. This is your fault for being curious. Don’t buy this…we have plenty of other good beers on tap!
Milklörd – Munich-Style Helles Lager Aged In Jeppson's Malört Barrel 4.8%
We took Milkpond, our beautiful Munich-Style Helles collab with our buddies at Little Lager, and aged a small amount in a Jeppson's Malört barrel. I know, it's ridiculous, why would you do this to a great beer?!? I get it, Malört doesn’t have a good track record, it’s famously polarizing! We're genuinely sorry about what we've done to this innocent lager.

We named this beer in honor of that deep tradition because Millstadt was founded in 1836 about the time the ancestors of many current Millstadt residents immigrated here from Gross-Bieberau. We brew Dunkes Bier to preserve the cultural bier heritage of Gross-Bieberau and honor our own ancestry. Crisp, refreshing light-bodied pils with crackery malt and an elegant, floral-herbal hop character.
Dunkes Bier – German Pils 4.9%
Dunkes Bier is a German Style Pilsner made from the authentic, 188-years old, Schönberger family recipe from Millstadt’s Sister City, Gross-Bieberau, Germany located in the Odenwald region and founded in 787. The Schönberger family founded their bierbraurie in 1835 but closed it many years ago. The Oldenwald region has its own ancient dialect, “Odenwälder” and in that dialect the friendly word for a person from Gross-Bieberau is a “Dunkes”.

Extremely refreshing and pleasantly tart, with a restrained coriander and salt character, that pairs nicely with the balanced dark cherry flavors. This brew reminds us of walk-off homeruns, Ozzie “corking one into right,” being down to our last strike…twice, listening to Jack tell us to “Go Crazy,” yelling at those big flies to “get up baby,” and always looking forward to “see you tomorrow night!”
Gose Crazy Folks – Gose w/Dark Cherries 5.2%
Gose-style ale rested on dark cherries and brewed with organic Indian Coriander, Pink Himalayan salt, and yes Cardinal hops!

Sometimes It Shines – West Coast-Style IPA 5.8%
A crystal-clear sunny counterpart to our beloved hazy "Sometimes It Rains"! This bright, crisp beauty features Mandarina Bavaria, Mosaic, and Columbus hops delivering clean flavors of tangerine, tropical fruit, lime, with just the perfect resiny touch.
This Hazy Pale Ale has a lower ABV, but dry-hopped with the same pounds per barrel as our Hazy IPA's. The lower ABV makes it is easier to drink without missing out on the hop punch we all love from Hazy IPA. We used some of his favorite hops, Mosaic & Strata, to get flavors of fresh berries, tangerine, melon, grapefruit, along with the dankness from Strata.
Schubie Snacks – DDH Hazy Pale Ale 6%
Owner Bryan loves his Hazy IPAs, but as he says, sometimes that higher ABV is a bit too much.

Pete Zump – Hazy Pale Ale 6.6%
This Hazy Pale Ale has juicy, tropical, passion fruit, papaya, mango, and tangerine characteristics from the Azacca and Mandarina Bavaria hops. When we were kids, and would see our dad (Larry) have a conversation with a stranger, we would ask, “dad, who was that?” occasionally he wouldn’t remember, so his reply was “Pete Zump”
Blooming Tully Monster – Hazy Double IPA 8%
Spring has sprung for this vibrant edition of Tully Monster, our beloved Hazy Double IPA series. This batch is triple dry-hopped with a tropical trio of Azacca, El Dorado, and Riwaka hops, delivering bright citrus, pineapple, and stone fruit flavors with hints of passion fruit and lime zest. The result is a juicy, aromatic DIPA that captures the essence of spring in every sip.

Rye Barrel Richard (2025)
As our inaugural barrel-aged release, Richard holds a special place in our history, but this year's edition breaks new ground with its first-ever rye barrel aging. Richard proudly launched our coveted Single Barrel Series—featuring individually selected barrels that showcase unique characteristics impossible to replicate. Each limited release from this series captures a singular moment in time. Complex, starting with bold bittersweet chocolate, roasted malts, and espresso transitions into spicy character from the rye whiskey and chocolate rye malt. Mid palate layers of toffee, molasses, and dark fruit. The rye influence contributes distinctive warming spice notes that complement the stout's robust and silky character.
